Use case
A private deal room your AI assembles in one pass
A deal room is several pages published together as one private site: a summary, the numbers, the answers to the obvious questions. Your AI assembles all of it in one pass and publishes it behind an allowlist, so only the addresses you named can get in. Every page opened by every admitted person is recorded.
What this is for
Sending a folder of files gives you no control and no visibility. A shared drive gives you access control but tells you very little about what was actually read. A deal room built on Sentway gives you both, without you assembling anything by hand.
It suits diligence packs, investor updates, board material, and any case where one named audience needs several documents that belong together.
Keeping the room private
An allowlist gate admits only the email addresses you supply and turns everyone else away. A password gate admits anyone holding a shared password, which is weaker but simpler when the audience is not known in advance.
Gate configuration lives outside the published snapshot, so adding or removing an address takes effect immediately without republishing the room.
Multiple documents, one snapshot
Publishing freezes every page of the site at once. Your AI can save five pages over five minutes and nothing changes for the buyer until it publishes, so the room never shows a half-updated set of numbers.
Charts and diagrams are pages too. Your AI can publish Mermaid or SVG directly, so a structure chart or a timeline lives in the room rather than in an attachment.
Who opened what
The point of a private room is knowing how it was used. Ask your AI and it reads the room's activity back to you.

Walkthrough: a diligence room for one buyer
You tell your AI to create a deal room with a summary page, a financials page and an FAQ page, restricted to four named addresses, and publish it. Your AI creates the site, saves three pages, sets the allowlist and publishes.
You send the link to the four people. Three of them open it. You ask your AI who has been in and what they looked at, and it tells you that two read the financials twice and nobody opened the FAQ.
You ask your AI to rewrite the FAQ to answer the questions the buyer keeps emailing you, and republish. The address does not change.
Questions people ask
- What happens if someone not on the allowlist opens the link?
- They receive the gate page and nothing else. The room's content is never sent to a browser that has not passed the gate, so there is nothing to find in the page source.
- Can I revoke access after the deal closes?
- Yes. Removing an address from the allowlist stops future access, and existing access can be revoked. Access can be granted again later without rebuilding the room.
- Can I see which of several buyers is most engaged?
- Yes, if you publish a room per buyer. Each room is its own site with its own visitor list and its own activity, which is far easier to read than one shared room.

If this is the job in front of you, connect your AI to Sentway and ask it to build the page. There is nothing to design first.
