Use case

An event page with a real attendee list

An event page on Sentway carries the agenda, the details and the registration form on one address, and the people who register become a list you can read rather than a pile of notification emails. Your AI publishes the page and, later, tells you who is coming.

What this is for

Small events rarely justify a ticketing platform, and a form embedded in a page you do not control is awkward to change. A published page with capture built in covers the whole job.

It suits workshops, webinars, launches, community meetups, and internal sessions where you need the page and the list. If the event is paid, Paid Access can sell entry to the page through your own connected Stripe account, so the same event flow can collect registrations and control paid access.

Registration without a form builder

Your AI writes the registration form into the page. There is no endpoint to configure, no embed to paste, and no separate account to open. Fields with name attributes are captured as the visitor submits them.

Keep the page public when you want maximum reach, or gate it with email capture when the page itself is the draw and you want everyone who reads it on your list.

The attendee list

Ask your AI for the list and it reads the registrations back rather than making you count emails.

Updating the page after it is live

Agendas change. Your AI can save a new draft with the extra session and republish, and the address stays the same, so a link already sent out keeps working and shows the new agenda.

Sentway keeps the previous published version, so a change that lands badly can be corrected without rebuilding the page.

Charging for entry

Paid Access puts a price on the page or on part of it. The buyer pays through Stripe Checkout on your connected account, and Sentway records the purchase and grants that visitor access to the protected content.

This is access to a page rather than a ticketing system. There is no seat inventory, no reserved seating and no ticket scanning at the door, so an event that needs those belongs on a ticketing platform.

Walkthrough: one workshop signup

You tell your AI to build an event page for a workshop on a given date with the agenda and a registration form asking for name and email, and publish it publicly.

You share the link. Registrations come in and you get an email each time. Two days before the workshop you ask your AI for the list of everyone registered, and you send the joining instructions.

A speaker drops out. You ask your AI to update the agenda and republish, and the link you already shared shows the new running order.

Questions people ask

Can I take payment for tickets?
You can charge for access to the page through Paid Access, which uses your own connected Stripe account. It sells access rather than tickets, so there is no seat inventory or ticket scanning. For a free event, or if you would rather invoice, keep the page open and collect registrations only.
Will the link change when I update the agenda?
No. Republishing swaps the content behind the same address, so any link you have already shared keeps working.
How do I know how many people saw the page but did not register?
Analytics gives you page views and active time on every plan, so comparing views against registrations tells you how the page is converting.
