Use case

A survey your AI writes, publishes, and then reads back to you

A survey on Sentway is a page with questions on it. Your AI writes the questions, publishes the page, and later reads every answer back into the same conversation, so the analysis happens where the survey was designed rather than in an export you have to interpret alone.

What this is for

Survey tools give you a fixed question layout and a dashboard. Sentway gives you a page that looks however your AI wrote it and answers your AI can read. The difference matters most when the survey is part of something larger, like a page that teaches first and asks afterwards.

It suits customer research, post-event feedback, onboarding questionnaires, and internal pulse checks.

Question types that survive capture

Text inputs, text areas, select menus, radio groups and checkboxes are all captured. A radio group is recorded once with the chosen value. Checkboxes are recorded only when ticked, using the value on each box, so a multi-choice answer comes back as the list of things the person actually chose.

Give every field a name attribute and a meaningful value. That is the whole contract, and your AI already knows it.

Reading the answers

Ask your AI what came back and it reads the responses out of Sentway.

Asking your AI what the answers say

This is the part a survey tool cannot do. Your AI has the answers and the context of why you asked, so it can summarise the pattern, quote the most useful free text, and draft the follow up you should send.

Because the survey is a page, your AI can also revise a badly worded question and republish while the survey is still running.

Walkthrough: one customer survey

You tell your AI to write a ten question customer survey about a topic using radio buttons and checkboxes, and publish it behind email capture. Your AI writes the questions, publishes, and hands you the link.

You send it to your customer list. Answers arrive over the next week. You ask your AI to read the answers back and tell you what the pattern is, and it names the two complaints that came up repeatedly.

You ask how many people opened the survey and how many finished it, and analytics tells you the drop off.

Questions people ask

Do respondents have to give their email address?
Only if you gate the survey. A public survey collects answers without identifying anybody. Email capture attaches every answer to a person, which is what you want when you plan to follow up.
Can I see partial responses?
Answers are captured as they are submitted. Per question answer history is a Pro readback, which is what shows you what somebody answered before they stopped.
Can I change a question while the survey is live?
Yes. Your AI saves a new draft and republishes. Answers already collected are kept, so be careful about changing the meaning of a question mid-run.
